It's tiG's Birthday and we're going to celebrate with you. I better make a cake, or cookies....no...that's too boring. Let's see, how about a Choc. Cheesecake...no, can't do that either, DH doesn't like cheese and I can't eat that heavy stuff either right now. So what can I make? hmmm

OK, I've got it...but I have to buy it as I don't know how to make it..Fat Free - Sugar Free - Frozen Yogurt!! Sorry tiG, I hope you don't mind something so simple, but DH can't have sugar right now and since I'm still trying to lose these last few pounds on WW, I can't have anything bad either.

Well at least we can share this with you through cyberspace and it won't melt through the yucky Post Office. Hope you have a fantastic day, you deserve it alot.
