So, Lisa...When we put 'em in the pillow case, then take them outside each day to dry (not in direct sun), do we lay the leaves out or leave them in the pillow case? (If I hafta lay em out won't they blow away?) And if I leave them in the pillow case will they start to ferment in there?

And when they dry and I wanna run em thru a meat grinder, will the old fashion hand-crank kind work?
