Subscription info needed

I think most of our subscriptions are up in October sometime? I need to prepay mine, because we are basically going to be homeless at that time. LOL! We have to give up our mobile home to the buyers the first of October, and we will either be living in temporary quarters, the extremely unfinished new house or a travel trailer. I don't want my subscription to run out while my computer is packed away, and would like to renew it now if possible. Can I do that?

I think an e-mail reminder will go out as notice of the expiration date, but don't quote me. :)

I think so too Kimberley, but I most likely won't have my computer hooked up in the new house and don't want my subscription to end. Maybe I should wait until I get my computer hooked back up again? I wouldn't have to resubscribe under a new name then would I?

Have you tried going to the subscription link and clicking through the paypal icon? I've not tried accessing any of that since subscribing...

No I haven't because I want to know if I do that, will it extend my subscription or start it over? I'm not at all familiar with how that works.

I bet you can go ahead and pay it, then e-mail Dave and ask him to change your subscription's expiration date manually if it didn't take it correctly. You'll know if it went through right as soon as you get the confirmation e-mail.

I'm gonna try it so I don't have to worry about it when I take my computer down. If it doesn't work, I'll email Dave and tell him what and why I did it.

I think it worked! My email is so slow getting here that I emailed Dave before I got the confirmation, but I think I'm good to go now. If you get my email Dave, and all is well, no need to reply. Whew! One less thing to worry about during this whole messed up operation we have going here. LOL! I'm losing my mind trying to tie up any lose ends so I don't leave them hanging, while also trying to pack up our belongings that won't fit in the tent! LOL!

For everyone else wondering, you can renew your subscribtion at any time, following the same proceedure you did to subscribe initially. The payment will add a year to when you were due to expire. So, if you expire on October 15, 2002, if you pay another year at any time, you will then expire on Oct 15, 2003.
