Hope all is well with you and your family Eric. take care

Newberry, FL(Zone 8B)

ok, brugman!!!! tell us what you want!! i would think green paper stuff should be in order!!!!!

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

I agree Arlene, since he has everything already!!

I like to be in that line too, Eric. E-mail me for what you like in return. btw. I dreamed about the Phychotoria alba cutting you send this spring and went out to see it this morning. I couldn`t find it anywhere, but remember, that I put it somewhere in another pot for long time rootere. *l* This evening I found it in the pot with Rose of Sharon cuttings and guess what? Neat root system and two set of leaves. :-) Its a rain forrest plant, isn`t it?

FSH, TX

Cala and Arlene, you both have my attention. I only have a few hybrids though this year so lots of repeats.

Newberry, FL(Zone 8B)

Brugman, would you please send me mail, i don't t hink my out going mail is working! (gosh, i hate to sound like kell!)

FSH, TX

I need your email addy-then I can send you mail.

Newberry, FL(Zone 8B)

smittyhoward@gru.net, or click on my name and a screen will come up. thanks brugman!!

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

I'll just thank you for 'trading' with me:) they are all doing wonderfully!!!!

FSH, TX

Tig, most glad to hear that-think you'll love those flowers more than I did? Not possible.
Tonny,
You know I would love to send them to you, but I can't imagine how much that would be global priority. Besides, I don't have anything you don't already have. The plant is indeed a rare South American native.
Arlene,
You have mail.

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

Brugman, I'll love them as much as possible. half already have new leaves!!!

FSH, TX

Tig,
Take a good look at how those baby leaves look and feel. Then compare them to mature leaves on the same hybrid. Its hard to believe that much of a transformation occurs with that hybrid, but the leaves are not what I like about that one.

Woodsville, NH(Zone 4a)

Eric, I have to tell you that DrD is one of my favorites and I've crossed a lot with it this year.Waiting now for DrD x EP and DrD x Whiskers pods to ripen. It is also the only pollen that I could get to take on my EP.

FSH, TX

Snow,
Dr.D is one of my favorites as well. It was the earliest bloomer from Dr.Sues x Ecuador pink as well. I can't wait to see what Dr.D x Whiskers brings you. Dr.D x EP is going to give you versicolor like hybrids. I doubt too many would be able to tell the influence of all three hybrids in that cross, but I will have to say that I think you'll have some winners in growth habit and color from both crosses. Dr.D is another cross that I will not be giving out ever again. So, those that have that cross count themselves lucky.

Woodsville, NH(Zone 4a)

Eric, This is very good to know. I will now guard DrD with my life and make sure it will have a long life.Forgot that I also crossed DrD to Butterfly. Don't know yet if they took but everything else did that I pollinated to DrD so I have high hopes.

FSH, TX

Dr.D is the pollen donor to Butterfly? As in Butterfly is the seed bearer or the other way around? Either way those two crosses would be my favorite. I don't release a hybrid unless its fertile both ways.

Chipley, FL(Zone 8a)

Eric, I am with Arlene and Cala. Let me know what you would like. Also was lucky enough to get DrD from tig and arlene. Can't wait for it to bloom.

Cedar Key, FL(Zone 9a)

I don't have anything that you would want unless...you wanted to have another Desiree....not sure If you still have it

I still have all the weeds.....

Woodsville, NH(Zone 4a)

Eric, Butterfly was the pollen donor. I'll have another Butterfly open in the next day or two and will apply DRD pollen. I've also crossed Butterfly x EP and Butterfly x Whiskers. Will know soon if it took.

FSH, TX

Butterfly x Whiskers sounds the best to me out of those crosses. Just personal preference.

Woodsville, NH(Zone 4a)

I think I read that the versicolors throw out lots of whites but I'm hoping for just one to come out a deep pink with the Butterfly x EP cross. Butterfly x Whiskers is my favorite too. I think it will have some beautiful babies.

Cape May Court House, NJ(Zone 7a)

Well so sad I have nothing to trade for your beautiful Brug's but if you just happen to get stuck with any let me know!!!!! (YEA RIGHT)
sue

Franktown, CO(Zone 5a)

I know I don't have anything you want, but would gladly pull out the green to get some of your cuttings.

Grass Lake, MI(Zone 5a)

I got it . . . I can trade away my birthday that is coming . . . .

san antonio, TX(Zone 8a)

brugmansia, i have about 20 cuttings also. i haven't read through this thread, so if you've already said what color or where to view, i apologize for asking. i have a lemon yellow and soft pink. the lemon yellow one's scent is very strong and wonderfully citrus. the pink is citrus as well, but softer and sweeter. you probably wouldn't be interested in those, anyway, right? right now I have your basic white plumeria with a yellow center, but by the end of the growing season i should be ready to cut the yellow and the pink ones. i also have canna seeds, and/or plants that i'm going to have to separate and plant elsewhere soon, cuz they're multiplying too fast for my bed. i'm not 100 percent positive my mandevilla cuttings will take, so i don't want to say for sure yet, but i did start cuttings from my white, 2 different pale pinks, dark pink, red riding hood, and lavender plants. i don't know what they're all called off hand, sorry.

Paxton, FL(Zone 8a)

What are you interested in besides brugs? Would love to have some different ones, but don't know if I have anything you will want.

Newberry, FL(Zone 8B)

Gingerlily, am planning a trade on 9/14. Dee is coming. think you could make it?

FSH, TX

SnowHermit,
Ecuador pink is technically not a versicolor...believe it has a tinge of aurea in it. As for Dr.D, its a far cry from a versicolor even though it looks like a versicolor as it has aurea, suaveolens, and versicolor in it.
Those weeds are starting to sound very tempting by the way. Of course, as Arlene lives close by perhaps she would be best to give a few extra's too as she could disperse a few at the next trade she went to. Just a thought...keep you guys posted....

Newberry, FL(Zone 8B)

Brugman, if you need help with mailing i will be happy to help you with that in a couple of days. just let me know!

san antonio, TX(Zone 8a)

Gingerlily, I want anything and everything that has flowers and is fragrant. An added plus would be anything that blooms in the fall or winter, or anything that would grow up my lamposts in the gardens. The only reason I'm always hunting down brugmansias, mandevillas, and cannas, is because those were my first three plants that lived (for 4 months, so far!!...I'm very new at this), and are now huge. I want new kinds of plants, but don't know what I won't kill other than those!!! I'll try to grow anything as long as no one gets upset if it dies, cuz so far, everything else does, eventually...hehehe. I actually have about 20 other kinds of plants that I've purchased in the past 2 months, who are still with me, and a few that look as though they'll survive at least another week, so I might be overcoming my murderous tendencies (Thanks to all of you here at DGs lately, and the fact that I discovered that I'm supposed to do things like water them if it doesn't rain for a while!!!!) Email me with your address, and let me know what you'd like!!! Just surprise me someday with whatever you think would be good for someone like me...hehe!

FSH, TX

Arlene,
Tell you what. I will give em over to you to mail. Thats a chore in and of itself so you should get something for them. Sorry, Arlene has first picks guys. After she goes through everything I may repost if anything is left over.

san antonio, TX(Zone 8a)

So, you're saying, Arlene's our new best friend?
