I got a BIG surprise yesterday. Some friends from my church took me to a local Amish area for the afternoon, then "we were going to dinner together." "Dinner" turned out to be a going away surprise party organized by Mom and Dad with the meal prepared by a local restaurant. :) My first ever surprise party, and they sure did surprise me good! Friends from Dad's work, church friends, family friends, relatives, wow! I was extremely surprised, did NOT see it coming. *giggle* I even saw some relatives outside the restaurant, and thought it was odd we were going to be at the same place. :)

Thanks Sledder and Daddy! *grin* As for me, I'm headed out today to begin the last big drive to my new home.

Boy was she ever surprised. About 5 seconds after walking into the restaurant she burst into tears. Of course,,,so did I. :) She was excited, scared, happy, sad,... you name it...she was it. A good time of celebration.

pebble, She's in South Carolina now. Her things arrived and she's busy unpacking. Unfortunately somehow or other her monitor died in the move. So it will be awhile longer before she's back online. Funny story..She calls me and says "there's extra light switches in each room", and she thinks they'll control certain lamps. I said plug one in and check..she says.."I'd love to but I can't find the lamps". LOL
