Before getting to Crestedchicks we made a wee detour to visit Adam's Grandmother. She is in her mid-eighties...and going strong. I just loved her. She gave us all an old keepsake...a Salt Cellar out of her China Cabinet! Jo

Ahh what a good pic it was so great you got to see family and friends.
Hey - there they are! :)
I love my DH's Grandma soooo much and it had been 3 years since I had seen her! She recently celebrated her 64th wedding anniversary, drives like a champ - even at night - and still is as feisty as ever! She doesn't own a computer, but we talked and she is willing to go to the library and give it a try! I bribed her by saying that I will pay her subscription to DG and will bring her to next years round-up! She is such a treasure and I am so proud to call her my Grandma. I hope I am blessed to have her spirit and look as good as she does when I am in my eighties! She will be a tough act to follow! I love you Grandma!
Oh Carol what a lovely tribute!! She really is a beautiful lady and explains why you have such a wonderful guy!!
how lovely for youto be able to stop off and see her.
