Anyone know if or how I can change the picture on my homepage?

kat7, just click on 'Preferences' in the menu, then click on Picture and go through the process. That will change over the current picture to whatever new one you post.

Thanks Dave. I had done that and the new picture didn't show up, but now that I'm looking back, the new picture is there. Must of taken some time for the computer to update!
