Thanks for all the greetings from my friends here. My DS and DH have a day planned for me today. Should be fun. Hey MaryE, I live a LOT closer than MollyBee to you,(only about an hour or so). Why don't you bring over your icecream and we will eat it in great gusto thinking of MollyBees cake? And Molly, please make that cake Chocolate because that is about the only flavor of cake isn't it? Licking my fingers now since the cake is all done and ready to be cut! Lani gets the first piece....but ya gotta wait til it cools off just a little. LOL I think I even have chocolate on my face from licking the bowl hee hee!!

Yes, chocolate is the only kind of cake there is. And did you know it's one of the four food groups? I replaced that pesky "grains and cereals" one years ago ~ just too boring. Then I figured, well, since roughly 1/4 of the food in the world tastes great when you put chocolate on it, it deserved it's own group. Now, since it's a food group, that cancels all the calories in it. ;)

O Wing I have always thought that Birthday cake was calorie free!!! After all it's your birthday so who's counting! LOL

Home again. My DS spoiled me rotten for the whole day. We went to breakfast then the zoo for the butterfly house exhibit, on to a nursery that I had always wanted to stop at, went to look at arbors, trellis's, at a guys house, then on to Dinner and then ended up at a physics demonstration because the National Convention of Physics teachers and college professors is in Boise this week. A llloooonnnnnnggggg day but fun.
Then I get home and find that Molly licked the pans herself and didn't save that chore for us birthday people. Shame on you, Molly. That is our job! But then I find out that birthday cake is calorie free. How wonderful and I sure hope that meals eaten on your birthday are also calories free since I ate too much all day. OHHHHH this is wonderful cake batter, and the frosting is the best I have ever had. I would LOVE to have the recipe for them.
Goody no calories on my birthday! I sure loved the all you care to eat steak bar that we ate at. I ate and ate too. So glad to find out that it isn't calorie ridden to mess up the 23 pounds that I have lost since January. Thanks for telling me AFTER I got home though. I might have eaten more ice cream and steak if I have known before I went! LOL Lani

LOL Sounds like you had my kind of meal!! I love steak and man a all you can eat steak bar..Yummmm!!!! I could eat steak everyday and never tire of it!!

Meeeee too. Good thing I raise my own beef because I couldn't afford to eat it from the grocery store. They had sauted mushrooms too. Yum Yum. I like a little steak with my mushrooms sometimes and a little mushroom with my steak another time. LOL

LOL Sounds as though you and I have something else in common! I love mushrooms too!! But I don't raise my own beef :( so you just save me one of your's lol
