my daughter isn't a reader, especially cookbooks. I had it sitting on the sofa where I'd been, and she picked it up. She now wants to visit all of you and have you cook for her! She's got several planned to try, but she was really impressed.

I got my cookbook a couple of days ago and just now finished reading it! Truly, that's the first cookbook in years I have sat down and read cover to cover!! It's great!
I was thrilled to see several recipes for things I'd been looking for, for ages! And I'm excited to try out some of my friend's recipes as well, plus new ones I spotted that just made my mouth water! I think the biggest thrill was I found a recipe (I'm pretty sure) for something my husband had as a child -- he never knew what it was called, but just loved it.....and thanks to ladystepper, and the recipe for "Granny's Indian Fry Bread", I think we've found this lost childhood treat!! THANKS!!

(Zone 5a)

Cala, Carol7 and Roadrunner bought me one for my birthday so I am giving the one I ordered to my niece. She is into health and fitness, and is a certiifed licensed water aerobic instructor and I know she will find it useful.
