I was just wondering if it would be possible to have a forum where we could post pictures of members, and gatherings, exclusively. Sure would make it a lot easier, and with the RU coming up, there will be more faces to post. What do ya think, huh?

Maybe a journal type area that we could post gatherings and activities relating to meeting each other. In the journals you can post more than one pic to a page. I'm not very savvy in computer stuff,but it'd be nice.

What about something set up like the contest pages, like http://davesgarden.com/contest/2002/gardenart/ for example, where members could upload their pictures and descriptions. It wouldn't be interactive like the forums, but it would be a nice way to keep everything on one page rather than scattered throughout several forums.

Would that be do-able with your magic scripts and a minimum of your time, Dave?

I was thinking more of catagorizing areas such as plants, people, wildlife, gardens, etc......like a gallery.

That might be pretty complicated and take away from the interactiveness of the forums, though. Just like many people post photos in the various forums, but then don't also upload their plant pictures to the PDB, people might just upload photos to the galleries and not to the forums. Hmmmmmm. What would be a workable solution, Dave, if any?
