Having problems with "Watch This Thread"

Dave, I had this problem before a few weeks ago, which you kindly sorted out for me. I've just mustered up enough courage to do it again....and well... you've guessed it!

When i press the Watch this thread button, a little window appears and tells me so. The only thing is I can seem to cancel the Watch this Thread. I thought i could just press it again, but it just tells me "Your Watching This Thread" haaaaa Help me please!
