St. Thomas, ON(Zone 5b)

Hi Everyone Well I've been home for one week. We had a wonderful trip from Florida on our Boat, and met some very nice people. It's like gardening everyone shares an common interest, from every walk of life. I understand there's a get together and I would Love to come, but the timing's bad for me, OH Darn but there's always next year! I hope everyone has a wonderful time.

Well, if it isn't our own little world traveller! SO good to see you back, Flowpo! I was looking back through some posts today and noticed that you posted back in March and I missed it! I'm glad I saw this one!!!!! Welcome home, girl! So ... come on ... tell us all about it! Did you take any pictures?

St. Thomas, ON(Zone 5b)

Hey Jo sorry you'll not be anywhere near me, BUT if you ever come to Southern Ontario you are most WELCOME! I'm also very glad to hear you are doing lots of things and travelling. It's to bad we got home so late, other wise it would have been great to drive down and meet everyone.
Wingnut I have rolls and rolls of film to develope, the Dolphines like to swim along side your boat and I think I have a shot of one winking at me!!!!!he he he You know it's a whole new way of seeing places, when you go by the highway you see nothing unless you purposely drive into the towns or cities. People are wonderful to boaters, because we don't have anyway of travelling on land except by bike or feet so many people have offered taking us to grocery stores and laundry mats. I saved a whole roll of film so I could take pictures of Jo's Manatee's and they remained a mystery to me. People would tell us about the one's twodays ago or you should have been here yesterday. I'm intrigued by them and so much wanted to see a real one. Oh well maybe next year. I could go on forever about our trip but I don't want to take up that much space. We had a few down days for mechanical problems and weather but other then that it was wonderful. flowP

Oh, it sounds wonderful! I love dolphins. I've been across Aransas Pass a couple of times when they were "escorting" a ship up the channel. Love it!

Don't worry about taking up too much space! It's your thread! You paid for it! LOLOL! If you feel like gabbing some more, I'd love to hear it! Or if you're still shy about it, how about a nice journal entry when you get your pics developed? That'd be great! Really ~ I'd love to hear (and see) more.

Glad you're home. :)

Mount Prospect, IL(Zone 5a)

Yes, and Bobby is getting refurbished at this moment for another adventure, so stand by and join us!

St. Thomas, ON(Zone 5b)

Thank you that's a good idea, DH always tell's me to do a journel with pictures Lord knows I take enough of them. LOL he says I'm shutter happy! I went looking at some of the enteries of photo's people have sent in of their flowers and was quit impressed. I just haven't figured out how to get them to come up on to DG. Anything I thought I knew from when I first came here has gone, but I'll try and figure it out. Doris I'm looking forward to another adventure, how long do we have to wait?

Spicewood, TX(Zone 8b)

FP, drop me a line if you get stuck on the photo uploading or journal making. It takes a bit to get the hang of this one here, but it's a breeze once you do. :)

St. Thomas, ON(Zone 5b)

Wingnut you have lots of info right on your homepage, now to study it. fp

Georgetown, TX(Zone 8a)

Bobby is already up! With a blue trailer, or is it a yellow trailer on a blue bobby? Laura started a thread. Now, you need to let me fix you up with a nice gardening apron with pockets for your tools, in case we need to do some digging and relocating at Jo's. And there's a coffee machine right on the trailer, so pop by and join me for a cup. No chicory, but it is strong when I make it.

St. Thomas, ON(Zone 5b)

Aimee whats the name of the thread so I can go, gardening with you?
