This is a picture of my husband Gordon and our oldest daughter Jaren on May 8 of this year. She had just been inducted into the National Honor Society at school, and this picture was taken after the banquet and ceremony.
I can't believe she'll be a senior this fall. Seems like I was just changing her diapers......

Your hubby looks so young! And your Jaren just beams. What a nice looking family, Inda. They could be on a prom date or something, LOL.
Wonderful picture, Indshade. They sure grow up fast, though it doesn't always seem like it when they are pitching a fit in the grocery line! My oldest son is 36, and my "baby" is 31. Sometimes that surprises me. Congrats to your daughter and congrats to you and hubby for doing such a good job!

Well, Jaren ~resembles~ me I guess-- my hair is that color, but I was NEVER that pretty.
Plus, she's all about lip gloss, fingernail polish, and how to get her hair into a French chignon; whereas, I am most likely to be found slogging across the back yard in my bare feet with a 40 lb bag of cow manure across my shoulders.
I don't know where she came from. :-)
LOL She is beautiful none the less! LOL She sounds like me 'before' and you sound like me 'after'. Man has life changed! I bet you are that beautiful and you are SO nice too. :)
