Fix for too-wide pages

I've fixed the problem where if someone posts a really big URL it will cause the page to stretch horizontally.

From now on, when you enter a hyperlink in, it will look like this:

http://davesgarden.com/

Notice the change from before?

Yes, I notice the change, and I do like having the hyperlink show up in the text, but if you could make the link to the actual title of the site, it would be a more desirable fix. I'm not griping, because anything's an improvement over a 36" page, but I figure that if you can figure out how to code it in how you've done it, you can probably figure out how to make it even better.

Can I still use HTML to code in the title as the hyperlink in the meantime? http://www.onestopgardens.com/"> One Stop Gardens Hmmmm.... looks like I can't.

Are you familiar with UBB code? It's a modified version of HTML that works on UBB sites and makes it easy for non computer folks to post links, pics, and do text alterations, etc. I'm not a coding expert, but maybe you could figure out a way to make it so that you could do One Stop GardensURL=urlnamelocation or some other code that will only work if you put in the right sequence.

sunflower: I could do the title idea, but there are technical reasons why I won't.

Regarding the UBB - I'm familar with it but I'm not going to do it. I believe that even that is too complicated for many folks. These people are experts at gardening - not computers. Just copying and pasting the URL in as complicated as I want to make it.

Good ideas. I definitely wish I could do the former, but it's just not feasible.

:*) Hey, no problem! The fix is fine for sure. I hated those pages where you had to scroll for miles. THis is much better.
