i am ok. busy working around the yard. could not post much lately cause my right wrist has been hurting so badly due to carpal tunnel syndrome. thanks for the concern RR.

i haven't heard from Jianhua either. i think he is busy with his blueberry project or other gardening chores. i wrote several times, but never get any response either.

My DH had surgery about 14 years ago both carpal tunnel and it still bother him.

MaVie..good to see you post here. Hope your arm is getting better (don't mess it up out there in the garden...you'll need some use of it to post here!) Hope you are at least wearing a brace on it tho.
I haven't seen Jianhua post in quite some time...hope all is well. Maybe the computer is down or something, eh?

Thanks Shoe. i have a brace that supports the hand and arm. not to worry all the yard work is almost done, except for daily watering.

i was watching CNN news today. heard part of China is infested with locust. hope it has not affected Jianhua. the news is very divastating: locust eat everything on its path.

Well Redrose,it's now over 100 degrees and I finished my pruning early,now the soaker hose is running' Our garden is fallow as dh isn't home much to help so we're container gardening,much easier too' How is your garden Redrose???

Well my garden are doing okay and has to keep check on them all the time to make sure ok and has to keep spray the bugs eating the leafs some of them has holes. Oh boy well that's life!

Perhaps someone with Jianhua's full name and address could contact the American Red Cross or whatever organization would be able to help with such info?

Wasn't his address in the address list Flowox did for us? I lost mine when I reformatted, but I'm sure someone still has it?

I have his address, it's difficult to get a printer to do it as the characters are foreign. Wantabe Gardener sent it to me. I sent Jianhua a letter about three weeks ago. No response yet.

Aimee, could you contact the local chapter of the American Red Cross or the Salvation Army, please? Both help friends and relatives track down those in disaster areas.

Hello everyone..I am sorry to leave this go so long, and no one could be more upset than we are...We have not heard from Jianhua since May 22nd...It will do no good to call, there is no one there that can speak English...Red Cross I think not...Police....they can not speak English either...We are just going to have to wait..I know it is hard. Remember this is China...If I hear anything I will let everyone know...Pray a lot...and have good thoughts..that this will come out all right.. Diana

dave did an activity check and stated that jianhua has not logged on since june 14th.

think positive RR, probably Jianhua is busy with his farm business. am sure he is far more busier now than when school is open. take more time to ran a business than go to work. am sure he will get back on line when he has some free time.

does anyone know the province or city he's from? i'm finding that china is a really BIG country.
redrose, im with mavie, hes probably just extremely busy with other stuff. could possibly be also that he utilizes the computer at work and may just have forgotten to say "bye until fall".
