This site, Archive.org, keeps an archive of webpages. You can use their Wayback Machine to see what a website looked like at various stages in its development, including DG. Notice in the thumbnail which of our gals was posting then, and still is. :)

DG starting December 4, 2000: http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://davesgarden.com
It's just a blast to look at these snapshots of favorite sites. On the e-commerce sites, especially those of computer and hardware vendors, look at the products and the prices. Big changes since then!
Have fun. :)

LOL!
I had just recently taken the memberlist off of the right hand column and moved it to its own page, because it got too big. We had about 100 members at that time, I think.
Also notice that I was still linking to GardenWeb from a box on the right hand side. Man times've changed, eh? :)

Yah, I did a double-take at the GW link, LOL. I'm glad you've stuck with the clean, uncluttered pages. I really like them this way.
"New at GardenWeb..." ????.....lol Oh no!
I don't know about you guys, but I'm as happy as a morning glory at 10am that DG is still here and better than ever. :)
Me too! And it just keeps getting better every day.
