Please check out the very important postings by Aimee in the Health Forum concering this test that all women should request when having yearly checkups. It can be found in the thread titled "Shall I start with eating." Please share this information with all of the women that you can as it is so very important. Thank you Aimee for sharing your personal experiences with us and for working so hard to make other women aware of this situation. I suspect there will be a special star in your crown in Heaven for what you are doing.

Elena I have had mine already, and it came out negative. A freind of mind told me about it last year,it is only a blood test but well worth the effort.

The star will need to wrap around all our crowns! I am humbled to be in a position to serve as one of the examples, so I can communicate to other women how important this is, and how simple it is. But it is up to you to take this information and make the proper use of it, and that appears to be happening. It might not be you who are stricken, so it's important to learn about the symptoms and preventions, and then to shout it from the highest hill for the world to heed, and whisper it to every other woman you encounter to be sure action follows. If you talk to a thousand women about it, and only one has a positive reading, you have still informed all 1,000, and the ripple effect will carry the facts to thousands of others. If even half of that thousand goes to her doctor and insists on the test, then 500 doctors will have been made aware that we will no longer be ignored. Ladies, you have just participated in an historic movement. Take a bow, and my thanks to each of you!
