adding to the pdb

at http://plantsdatabase.com/go/546/ the hight says 12-18 inches i just went out and measured mine and the follage was 19 inches and the flowers were 30

I went ahead and checked the next biggest size range, too (since it's grown more for the foliage than flowers :)
