I just came across this, so can't vouch for their quality or anything, but I thought y'all would like to see this (especially you, RedRose). Here's a site where two people sell their handmade rose jewelry ~ they grow miniature roses, dry the blooms (some as small as a grain of wheat), treat them with some kind of preservative that leaves them dry yet pliable, then make jewelry out of them! http://www.rosejewelry.com/ They offer for sale all kinds of jewelry and even rosaries for any of you of the Catholic persuasion. They also offer jewelry kits and boxes of dried and treated roses.

I gotta' get a few pieces of jewelry from them. The bracelets are just gorgeous! And the rings are too cute! I may try to figure out how to treat the roses so I can do other flowers this way. How neat!
