Don't know if this has been posted before, but "eyes" has a personal problem. John had chest pains & went to ER on Thurs.
Monday will do stress test.
May be a partial blockage or thin vessels.
Will keep us posted.

((((((((((((Y'all))))))))))))!!! They kept Jon overnight for observation. There is no muscle damage, blood levels good, blood pressure very good, cholestrol good....now we will be taking him for a stress test. The weekend passed well, but of course he is worried about the "unknown", but after he sees our regular Physician, I feel his calm will return.

Thank God! I hope it turns out to be only a transient thing, Eyes ~ here one day, gone without a sign and never to return the next. Sounds like they won't have to do anything except maybe prescribe some exercise or maybe a little medication.

The unknown IS a scary thing, but what is more comforting is what is KNOWN. Cardiac treatments and technology have come so incredibly far. Things are now treated and cured with medications when they used to be treated rather invasively and took months to get over. And did you know that even bypasses are done now by laporoscopic surgery on an outpatient basis?! Amazing! And I find that extremely comforting. But it sounds like your DH won't have to have anything like that!! Even MORE comforting!!!!!

Thanks, Linda, you make MY HEART feel good!!

*grin*, Jerrie! You're SO welcome! DH and I went through this last year. He had been having chest pains coupled with numbness down his right arm. He didn't tell me for two weeks! GRRRR! I almost killed him when he finally did tell me! LOL! But we went to the Dr., had the tests including stress tests, and they said it wasn't his heart or a stroke. They thought either dehydration and/or stress. He's on Paxil now and I try to pour as much water down him as I can ~ no more chest pains since! Not a one! I hesitated to mention this before as I didn't want to lead you the wrong way or give you false hope. I'm glad it's not so scary for you two now!
