Kathleen and I spent waaaaay longer in Hancocks than we planned and then she didn't even get to see it all!We just wandered around adding to our stash. What a great day!

Isn't Hancock's great? We have (or at least had) those here in Ohio. I bought the fabric for my bridesmaid dresses, lo these ten years ago. :)

Melissa was taking these pictures in Hancocks...the men left us for awhile here in all of these fabrics.There is the mall and some sporting goods stores just under the Interstate,so they decided things would be more interesting elsewhere.

Sounds like my hubbie!! But it's a good idea to send the men off rather than see them waiting impatiently and looking at their watches. Breaks me out in a cold sweat when I can't concentrate on the task in hand!! lol!!

I know you guys were like kids in a candy store, and I know it was hard to decide which fabric you just had to have lol.

GW we still have one here but they are not affiliated with each other, two different companies.
I order a lot of fabric from the one in KY as well as shop the one here on the east side of columbus.

Kathleen was in the candy store...it's only about 10 blocks to my mom's house and I've got to go right by there to see her.

It's really great though.....we didn't even get to the Christmas Fabric section..(my downfall!)

Oh, heavens, the Christmas fabric would have me still there! Melissa is a good photographer - at least she got me smiling instead of looking like a huckster in this shot! Lissa is going back, she's organizing a trip with some friends very soon, she said. She needs to make a quilt for her and Adam and this is just the place to get the fabric. Oh, besides great material, the prices are pretty good, too. And, there was a brand new Hancock's catalog waiting for me when I got home! I will definitely be back!
