Jonesboro, GA(Zone 7b)

My neighbor says she saw her first Hummer on Sat, April 6th. I've had my feeders out for a week but haven't seen any yet. I know they send out their scouts here in No. Georgia about the 1st. Anyone else have them yet?

Nope. Not yet

Here in this part of Ga, I usually don't see them until at least June or so. They are my favorite!!

Hempstead, TX(Zone 8b)

last week we had one this week the 2nd feeder went out. :) i saw 6 flying around my head lastnight. they are so funny when the feeders get low they look in my door to see if we are coming with more food. last yr we had a few nesting here.

Well, one thing about it;if you don't have hummers yet in your area, the butterflies also enjoy coming to the feeders.

Benton, KY(Zone 7a)

Go to www.hummingbirds.net and click on the migration map. This will give you sightings and you can track their progress North.

They've been sighted North of me,but I've yet to see one.Mine usually arrive the first week of April,so they're a little late here.

We were over at my son's and I was putting in a bed of datura for my DIL and my wife was sitting in the garage with the door up and one came in the garage twice. My DIL was going to Walmart to get a feeder today. I guess I better clean mine up and fill them up.

Got em' back over a week ago and filled their feeders...

Villa Rica, GA(Zone 7a)

Ya know now that I think about it, I "think" I remember seeing something go wizzing past me the other day. But I thought it was probably one of those big ole bumble bees that we have here. But it very well could have been a hummer after all. I guess I will get out the feeders and at least fill them up. Will let ya know when I see my first one. Maybe since GRC and tiG have seen some....maybe they will make their way over to villa rica.

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)
