Nick names

I have a secret nick name my dh uses from time to time,
IT's CHIGGER,,,,,,we were out walking in the woods one
day a few years back ,,,,and of course I had to ,..pee//
so i found a tree and little did I know at the time I
was on a small crigger bush,,,,,,well a few days later
I found myself scratching my behind,,,well it took about a week to figure out it was a crigger,,,so now i am
nana chigger to my Dh,,,,so come on spill it guys....
fess up ,,,,,who else has a secret name and the story behind it,,,, ??????????

Have been going by CoCo for a great number of years, for I go by nothing else.

Changed myself to Ginger in high school...hated Virgie...too many wisecracks made.

Nana...I loath chiggers!!! Seems like they can live forever under one's skin. After my first run in with them my arms got covered with red nailpolish as I didn't have any clear. LOL

I could tell you but then I have to kill you.LOL

I had two growing up they were given to me by my grandmothers, I hated both.

In High school I was know as SPAM, came from the letters in my name Michael Anthony Piper-Smith.

Smith is my stepdads name which I drop in high school.
So I would always write on my school papers MAPS instead of my whole name for the teachers.

Will by best freind started calling me SPAM and it stuck for years.
I still get mail from him and he still calls me SPAM but no one else has for years.

I've been called a lot of things in my time and none of them very pleasent LOL. Father always called me Juicy Lucy which was picked up by some of my family and most of them rarely use my name although the Lucy moniker has been dropped. When I reached my teenage years, my darling brothers took to calling me Ugly, 'Er and My Sister with various attachments. Maternal grandparents called me Wench (which is a term of endearment where I come from) and paternal grandmother called me Pet. My first bosses called me That Girl which graduated to What You Up To Now or Have You Done... and eventually I earned the right to be called by my given name. By which time I had forgotten what I was really called ;)

My daughter started calling me Mimi instead of mommy when she was a baby. It stuck. Even my babydog knows me as Mimi.

My best friends boyfriend(now husband)called me Chaquita after Charro(sp?) who use to do the Chiquita banana commercials. Remember her? I guess because I love to dance was always laughing, partying and am well...well endowed :~) So our group of friends started calling me this. I even had a vanity plate made for my truck. But all that was years ago and now I'm just Lana.

Mimi...I have a Mimi too...DD was named Melinda...her brother (barely older) couldn't say Melinda and called her Mimi...it stuck and we still call her that. I was called Jody...and still am by some. Dinkie was another that Mom used to call me by when I was very good....which was not very often!! Jo/Jody/Dinkie(??)

I will answer to almost anything...and have answered to almost anything over the years. I seem to be one of those people that attract nicknames like a magnet. I have been Breezy, Brandy. Fluff Stuff, Blue Eyes, Flittery Flirt, Weebles (they wobble but they don't fall down), Curly, Lizzy, and a billion others! DH just calls me Boss...

When i was a kid,i was called 'guaiwu'(monster),because i like crying without any reason-- seemed this world owed me something.
When i was at high school,i was crazy about learning english.even if i was at wc,i would pop out some expressions ,head moving round.'the toilet is smaller than the classroom.the classroom is bigger than the toilet'so schoolmates called me 'jiayangguizi'(fake foreigner).
When i was in the 'english corner'(a net for the chinese practise english),i registered my nickname as SSS--short for silly ass.i called myself like this because when chatters asked me my private questions,i would tell them
the truth---age?over 30/single or married?married/job?teacher/in big city?no/degree?no,just a college graduate/
so you can imagine it soon i would lose the partners.

I have had so many nicknames over the years they are hard to remember! LOL Let's see, one was Frogger in jr. high, because of the way my legs are shaped. Pretty picture. After that it was Barbie, guess I looked like one. Now I look more like the bimbo would look if she actually aged, had five kids and didn't go to the gym, and well, I guess smoked a pack a day and drank on the weekends! ROTFL!!! The one that sticks and always has, is my good friends (and family when I had some) calling me Chele.

Mine was always Didy.

Always call me normal Debbie no nickname and I call my oldest son nickname is Markie, real name Mark and my husband too so when I call name both look at me who are u calling to, I said oh boy all the time look at me same time both so, decide to call my son Markie and my DH Mark much better now they know who I am calling to. LOL

Oh yes, 'Giggles', hmmm let's see, where did that come from??? Last year when my family went to visit Mystic, we were having a great visit. The phone rang. Who else would be on the phone but some crazy lady from Tennessee! LOL It was dear sweet Nana. I was so pleasantly shocked and surprised that I couldn't do anything but laugh. No matter what she said I could do nothing but giggle. I am not even sure how much I said to her. I was so thrilled to hear that sultry southern voice! I must admit it is an appropriate name, because whenever I don't know what to say, I giggle! LOL

When I was a girl, my mother used to call me "Polly", for what reason, I don't know...maybe I just jabbered all the time. A few years back, my husband started calling me "Toots", and that has become a little joke name between us.

I basicaly don't have a nickname, just three names I have to answer to. Given name is Louise and going to a Catholic grade school, no shortening or nicknames were allowed. So all of my childhood friends still call me Louise. This can't be pronounced my young children so to anyone who was a child when they met me, I'm Weez or Weezie. Where I work , noone ever called me Louise. They automatically called me Lou. So Anyone I have met in the last 12 years, calls me Lou. But just be sure to call me for dinner , and I'll be there. A rose by any other name.......

My wife and my son each gets two nicknames.
My wife's--1.xiao gunnur (little gal),she is in her thirties,yet she still looks like a little gal when being seen from behind.2.giggle,she will giggle for a dozen of times a day for no special reason.so i am palnning to go to see a psy doctor with her.):
My son's--1.Mic,while he was in class playing with a little rat when he was caught red-handed.ever since then his classamtes call him mic.(kids often watch the disney's cartoon film,so they know well very mic and dor).2.super-black-horse-prince,this is his net-nickname.wonder why he chooses it--for attracting attention? ):
One of my school girl students got a nickname of a fat hairy worm--caterpillar,and only on account of this she
almost comitted suicide.so i had to give the comment in the classroom ,saying:caterpillar,this name is not bad.i am hoping to see this caterpillar to become a beautiful butterfly flying over flowers searching for her happiness .all the class clapped and laughed including the little girl.later i heard she wrote a poem'from the caterpillar to the butterfly",which appeared on the "morning star' magazine for the chinese middle school students.
