I just refreshed and thought I was lost! LOL Guess this is the new forum. :)
Holy Cow!
No Chele you are not lost, you're parked just behind me...lolol!! Don't follow too closely though, you might end up in a blind alley :-)
Hi Louisa and Michele. Don't back up, you'll run over me, lol.
Kinda nice here, I like the name, I think this is going to be a good thing as Martha would say!
Meems

Please don't throw out any trash as I will have to clean up and I'm tired of cleaning up after people today. The Easter Bunny left me a mess to clean up after he left.
Oh my wind you said the magic word you said snail vine. Ok Toots can I offer my first born or my second for one. lol I am teasing but that's sure an eye catcher. Yardbird we promise to be on our best behavior and not litter up the place..... lol
ROTFLOL you all are a hoot today.
OR maybe I should say a toot.
Let's keep this line a moving so we all can get into our parking spots I get first dibs on space #29 as I will be 29 forever, age and space that is.LOL
Where's Richie and Joni, there always here by now?
Holy cow, what a great name for the drive in as well. And look there, they are bringing in Elsie the cow for the mascot, and she's bigger than Big Boy.
Where the waitress I would like to order a purple cow milkshake. They are moorvelous.
I'm here! Ripped the poodle off my skirt when I was jumping out of the convertible though.
Wonder how long it'll take Fonzie, er, I mean 'shoe to find our new hangout.
If I know Shoe, he will be here "dreckley". He will know what that word is too. LOL Better leave him a parking place real close up to the food area. Wonder if the gals roll out on skates or just amble up to the car. We are in a restaurant lot aren't we and not one of those big ole places with nothing interesting around? Mike's wanting a purple cow and maybe he will be disappointed if we aren't at a drive-in restaurant. If it is a K Mart lot I don't know if we will be able to stand it without food. Did any body bring any food from home?
Well now the purple cow brings up a story I can tell. lol My DH and his brother had a 57 Chevy and it was purple we called it the purple cow. They got pulled over by the cops all the time for driving to slow. lol Every hear of getting a ticket for driving to slow? ( well they did) Believe it or not it's still sitting in the barn.I wish they would fix it up and sell it or let one of the youngsters do it. ( mmmm guess that wouldn't be cool enough for kids now)
ROFL...... Mystic it could be worth a fortune if it was 'done' up!! Our neighbour's boy is a whiz at this sort of thing and turns old cars into 'new'. Just parcel it up and send it down to him....lol!! As for the rest of you guys, don't park too close to me please, ya'll know I drive on the other side of the road and my parking skills are just as good...lolol!! Hmmm!! I wonder who I will 'bump' into today!!!
Mystic, I would think that a lot of auto collectors would love getting their hands on the Chevy. It's too valuable to let kids drive it. Times sure do change things don't they? Old people are about the only things that don't go up in value! Darn it!
Save me a spot, well better make it a big one or at least handicapped spot, until this child gets here.
Wonder what in the world is keeping Shoe? Maybe some a youins better drive back out his way to see if he knows where we all are!!! He might be sitin in another parking lot just a waitin fer us.
Whewww...! what a time I had getting here! Somebody stuck a tater in my tail pipe and I couldn't get the VW started...then when it did the tater flew out and knocked the hat off a cop...he pulled his gun, dropped it on his toe..it misfired and shot a hole in one of my tires...(Is that Instant Karma?) Anyway, in spite of a bad case of nerves, sticky britches, and being hongry I made it! (oh yeh, the sticky britches part....APRIL FOOL!!)
Okay.....who parked that tiny, piece of Jap [deleted] in the space that was meant for us SUV owners, leaving room only for a cheaper creeper? Where's my Zapper???
"eyes"
LOL!!! Too funny. Hey Pam..when the baby finally gets here you'll have lots of sitters here in the parking lot.
Ahhhh Ginger!! I will love Pam's baby but do I have to take a turn babysitting? I get enough of that here at home and need to get away. If I have escaped home and am out cruising the parking lot the last thing I want to do is babysit. Sorry Pam but count me out on this one.
No problem - It'll be hard for me to give him up for awhile anyway - I'll be like Badseed - I'll have a breast ornament for a time.
Can I bring my tractor instead of my car???
I'll babysit, over here!!!! I was going to offer to make Shoe some breakfast on the engine block, but he'll have to wait if I can hold the babies. Will somebody flip that tortilla over before it burns? I'm washing my hands so I can be ready for the babies. Not big kids, I like arms babies, before they get old enough to squirm away when you kiss them.
Ok, Parking here with my Star Trek stickers!!!! What is a purple cow, we have black cows (root beer and vanilla ice cream in the summer up here in WI-----
Hail, Hail. I see the gangs almost here.what a traffic jam.no shortcuts just have to wait your turn. Will the train ever end? glad I brought along my Easter basket Of goodies to snack on. May be here a while!!!.
MarciaGeiger, we called that a brown cow. Did anyone else drink virgin grasshoppers? Seven up, lime sherbet and a cherry.
I don't know about virgin grasshoppers but I remember accompanying my mum and dad to a posh do at an American base once and this young guy asked me to dance and afterwards suggested a drink!! He asked if I would like a Seven-Up and I said........"no thanks, I don't drink alcohol".....lolol......Ah, the innocence of youth!!
How could you all leave me behind. I romin around with a vanilla coke with cream. Where is the strawberry pi'?
You poor lost soul HoniBee!! Here, climb up into my truck and let me share your icecream!! I can give you some leftover trifle!!!!
louisa thanks for the offer but but I want the whole trifle-what the ____ is a trifle?
OOOO, maybe she will teach us to make a real English trifle! One more of the things I wanted to bring home with me.

Me, I'm going to park next to one of those guys with the car savvy. Never know when I'll need help with my wheels. My brother and I built my truck from two broke down tractors and a Model A.
Aimee, that is some set of wheels you have there.
Yes, please leave a small circle for my UFO that will be arriving shortly! If y'all want to come inside, I'll demo Dave's holochat room if you're interested. You may even get a glimpse of Mork if you're one of the lucky ones :)
When I get round to it Honibee and Aimee I will post my recipe for the English trifle!! It's so easy but delicious. Just ask Tim and Erin!! Baa, Philomel and Sheila will probably add their ideas to it too!! By the way, Shoe's a pretty good mechanic isn't he!! Don't tell me he's going to roll up in that old motorbike of his...lol!! Remember Shoe??
Toot Toot,squeal,slide-whew! I just luv sliding into a sparking space. Im here! I see the gangs here.
I brought some swiss white choclate coffee-yummmmm!
Tailgate party! =]
You really like my homemade tin lizzie, 'Bird? It won't go very fast or carry much weight, and I have to put the wire on the spark plug to start it, but it's pretty cheap on fuel. On days when the wind is behind me, I have to smell the kerosene fumes pretty strong, so we hope to fix that soon. I do wish Bubba would bolt this apple crate seat down, I keep sliding under the steering wheel. But he said he wanted to wait until he finished restrapping the exhaust pipe before he closed the floor. I think he ran out of pipe, but he thinks he knows where there is a remodeling job that will have some scrap stuff he can use. I would blow my horn for you, but I'm trying to save the battery. Snitched this one from Mama's Victrola.
Morph, If you can do a holochat room--can you do a hologarden room where we could visit any garden we wanted? I would love to go back to Buchardt (sp?) Gardens in Victoria B.C. to wander their Japanese maple garden and have high tea again.
Aimee, that virgin grasshopper sounds great!! I think we have "black cows" because most of the cows in WI that I have seen are the black/white Holsteins.
