Camera sites?

Belfield, ND(Zone 4a)

I'm looking for a good used digital camera. Can't afford a new one, but I want to find a good used one. DH and I decided to use part of our income tax refund for this if we can find one. Has anyone bought one from an online site or have any experience with any of them? I'd appreciate any feedback I can get.
Thanks
Joan

Sometimes you can get reasonable prices on Ebay, just make sure you go with a seller who has a good feedback rating. other than that, I really wouldn't trust too many sites that sell used things. Look up digital cameras in the Paypal shops, people who have shops there usually are verified. Good luck

You can get some idea of what's good and what's bad. Pick out a camera that way and then go find one for sale. Keep in mind, as with plants, people that live on camera websites can be very picky and point out "problems" with cameras that the average user would not consider to be a problem. Just remember that when you see people on there complaining about a certain camera.

I've been looking on ebay, but it seems that they are selling high. The ones I've been interested in, the sellers didn't have much of a rating yet either. I'll go look at the paypal shops. I didn't know paypal had shops.

Joan,
I did a search on My Simon and bought a 595.00 Olympus d-490z for 389.00 last year.It also came with a 50.00 card reader certificate that I sent in to the company and got free. This was a brand new camera ...not used. Since I had it shipped from NY to KY there was no state sales tax either.

You'd be surprised what is available out there.Everyone wants your business and the world is getting smaller every day.Don't limit yourself to used until you check out what's on sale.
