Haighr, I can help a little more with #8, Dick & Jane's dog, Spot. Spot's grandsdaugher is Pixel (renamed for the new millenium :) She's an Italian Greyhound that is similar in appearance to "Santa's Little Helper" from The Simpsons. Our friends also like to refer to her as, "The Velociraptor".
