Hehehe...great! Have a very very Happy one! Hope your romantical wkend is fantastic (be sure to practice safe se...uh, well, never mind) (guess I was overly concerned).
Thirty five yrs! Mercy, and ya'll lived to tell about it! (I've only been married 16 yrs...fortunately to two different women.)
Reminds me of my neighbor's great-grandfather...at the age of 104 he had been happily married for 92 years! Folks asked him his secret to such a long time of wedded bliss...he just sat there and smiled, his eyes twinkled like he had a great secret. (Some of his relatives mentioned they didn't think he knew that he had any other option!) I asked him once when he was gonna answer the big question. He confided that growing up he was one of 17 children, and they all had to sleep in the same bed! Yep. Why, he never got to sleep alone till he got married! τΏτ

Congratulations, Sis and Mr. Sis! LOVE the snappy comeback!! LOL!! Sounds like something I would say to my DH ~ makes me feel better about us two getting to the 36 year mark one day!

I hope you have MUCH fun on your weekend away and in the coming years together...

You guys & gals are absolutely great' And for you "youngins'"reading these posts,we hope it gives you inspiration for keeping your own marriages intact' Many have asked what the "secret" is to staying together and for us,personally,it's respect, honesty, forgiveness and mutual love of God and all the gifts that come with these beliefs' To each his own and thank you for making "our day very special indeed".
P.S. Keep your sense of humor because laughter makes the pain somewhat more bearable in tough times''' Mr. & Mrs.Sis',lol, thanks Michele;)
Many thanks to Margaret for surprising us too by posting this:D

Bless your heart, Sis (& Mr. Sis!). It's funny how some people climb the mountains of Tibet looking for the meaning of life, while couples like you are just living it right next door!
