I'm not a member, but I used to work at an historical site
and every spring we open to let the SCA hold a huge event.
It was at Fort Meigs State Memorial, south of Toledo, ever been there? It's a huge event, the site is over 65 acres with seven blockhouses, built in 1813 by Wm Henry Harrison during the war of 1812. Unfortunatley I believe the event was not there last year nor will it be this year because the site is being renovated and they are also building a new museum.
