I'm alright, I just feel like I've been hit by a truck or something. My whole body aches but hey, at least I have plenty of time to make lots of fabric yoyo things.......LOL. My goal is to get 100 done in the next few days. They're all done actually, just need to put them together :) I have to do something while being home sick not being able to move much.......LOL

Take vitamins = don't sleep for me. But the blood thinning stuff and electrolytes fight, upset my stomach, then rip my muscles and joints. Just a necessary evil, and I shouldn't complain, but I hate going backwards. Bumping along just fine until those dratted labs last week. Sometimes it's better not to know things.

medication Hah!!! hate them!!!! if i can avoid taking them, i would. would rather stick on natural stuff. i guess it is a matter of choice for health reasons. but then again, u know better what is best for u. u take care dear friend.
