My poor mailman, he better have it with him tomorrow, since I'll be clinging to his truck begging him for someone else's copy if he doesn't have mine :)

Brewers, KY(Zone 6b)

wow - that is great news!

Belfield, ND(Zone 4a)

I see another influx of new members coming. Ü This is great!

Newark, OH(Zone 5b)

REALLY? That's great! I got OG today, too. I saw there was an article on computers and gardening, but I haven't read it yet. Whooopie! :-D

Troy, VA(Zone 7a)

Not only that! In the g2g section, there's a photo of our very own paulgrow :0) standing next to his compost bin! Hiya, Paul!!!!

Tilton, NH(Zone 4a)

is this magazine available on newwstands, or would I have to subscribe to it?

Murfreesboro, TN(Zone 7a)

Linnea, I'm pretty sure you could find it on most newsstands, if they carry a fairly wide variety of stuff.

It has a big "OG" in the top left corner, and this issue has an illustration of pea pods on the cover. If I get a chance today or tomorrow I'll scan in the two pages, and put them in my journal.

Tilton, NH(Zone 4a)

Thank you go-vols!

Allen Park, MI(Zone 6a)

Yes
I mentioned DG and the Watchdog in my first Alamanac column on the OG website.
Glad they also ran it in the magazine; I'm in Flordia right now and got a phone call last night informing me of the pix by my compost bins.
Hope it helps to attract more members to DG.

Paul

Okay, vols, "today and tomorrow" expired two days ago, but your journal has not been updated with the pics!

I searched everywhere for a copy of this magazine, and nobody is carrying it. :( Gimme the stuff vols!! :)

Murfreesboro, TN(Zone 7a)

ooops! Thanks for the (polite) reminder *grin* - okay, as soon as I remember WHICH cord I need to plug in to connect my scanner, I'll have 'em up and running :)

Murfreesboro, TN(Zone 7a)

Well, I loaded them but instead of OG, you might be saying OMG (or something worse) when you try to pull them up: http://davesgarden.com/editgj/viewbycat.php?cat=6686

Any advice on how to shrink these pics "down to size"??? (I tried re-sizing and re-saving them, but they don't seem to be shrinking - help!!!!)

Vols, I think you meant to send us to this page: http://davesgarden.com/journal/viewentry/12417/index.html

I'm loading 'em up now!

dave

Wow that's awesome! Nice shot, Paul! And I loved the Garden Watchdog quote.

P.S. Vols I don't know why your image wasn't resizing properly... But I resized it here and uploaded it to this page http://whitinger.net/og.jpg so folks can check it out there as well.

Hey... Great stuff, both for Dave, and Paul! However, Dave, I don't think go_vols can copyright either the page, nor the photo of Paul. I think it belongs probably to OG, unless it was photos Paul sent to them.

Tilton, NH(Zone 4a)

I haven't been able to find the magazine anywhere - not even Borders :( The clerk at Borders said she thinks they carry it, but they might be between issues. Thanks for the images of the pages, though!

New Iberia, LA(Zone 9a)

I BOught OG last night at the Books and MIllions store.. :)
