Greenhouse for sale

Yep, I'm putting my greenhouse up for sale. Without getting into a discussion about why I'm offering it up for sale, I'd like to let everyone here at DG know about this, prior to my placing an ad in our local Knoxville newspaper.

The size is 30'x48' and includes:

100,000 BTU natural gas heater
36" fan
(2) 12" air-mover fans
inflater fan
2 motorized shutters
2 thermostats (one controls heat, the other controls cooling)

I'm selling it for about 70% of what I paid for it, and it's in perfect condition. I will help the buyer take it down and load it up into their preferred mode of transport (transport is the responsibility of the buyer).
