Have lunch with me in Florida??

Well, I made it out of Arizona just in time! Snowed the next day. Am visiting my old home town of Homosassa, Fla... and Sami, et al. We are having a luncheon on Saturday, Feb. 16th...we would like to extend an invitation to ANY one that lives close enough for you to come "meet, greet, and eat" with us. Anyone gonna be taking I-10? I live about 20 mins. from exit 19 (I think that's the #...it's Panama City hwy 231 exit)...if so, could I meet you,hitch a ride and share the gas expenses?? I don't drive at dark and because of the dogs dh and I can't both be gone all day. Rotten brats!! LOL Would really like to go ...Jo is on my case as WE'RE having peanut butter and dill pickle sam'iches.hehehe If a lift is do able drop me an email. In the meantime, I'll be checking other options.

Waaahhh! That's the same day DH and I are driving up to St. George Island for the weekend. Homosassa is not too far from us, but it's in the opposite direction from where we're going. Sorry to miss everyone, but I hope you have a wonderful time!

I lived in Florida briefly. Wish I could go back for a while and have lunch with ya! I miss Florida. What a beautiful place.

Hey Aimee....I have been concentrating on other things lately. I know the gardening gearing up is just around the corner. I am getting excited. However the weather today makes it seem far away. We may get snow tonight. It is sleeting today already. Not far from here it is snowing. It should freeze tonight, and the rain should or could turn to snow. My kids will be excited!! haha.
I have tried to at least read the general forum. Now and then I peak at something else. I miss everyone. But, just have a lot going on now. My mom is doing really good. That is just one thing keeping me off the net a bit. You know she had surgery. Anyway, Im involved in another bible study. That makes 2 of them! Ive been trying to read my bible, and study it more too. Ive also been helping out a dear friend here. Well, Im gonna go. Thanks for saying hi, and yes, Ive been too quiet lately!!

I wish more of you could come...maybe I'd re-think the menu...less peanut butter and more veggies?? Jo
