My DH is sort of getting cold feet now about coming to the roundup - he doesn't want to feel out of place among a group of us females. So how about posting here so we can get more of an idea how many to count on. He's a friendly guy and fun to get to know. Thanks.
PS - He's a Barbershopper, maybe there are others.

How many guys are coming
my dh will be there :-)
I'm bring'g my dh if he is good untill then.
A barber-shopper! How fun! My DH loves to sing and tell stories. He plays recorder and guitar, too. (A little rusty on the guitar, tho, but has a few months to practice.)
I'm hoping I'll be there.
I still ain't committin' myself, but if all goes well I hope to come and also bring DD. Wish me luck! (am training someone to watch this place so I can get away...so far, so good!) And Azalea, I even speak a bit of "Georgian" so your hubby may even understand me.
Oh, man! Y'all are gonna' have Barbershoppers and guitar pickers?! I'm SOOOOOO jealous now! (Like I wasn't before *grin*)
Oh Horseshoe!!!!!!! I sure do hope you come! You can be our storyteller around the campfire! vic
Hey, this is gettin better & better!!!

Of the DH's coming are any of them golfer's?Still trying to talk DH in to it.Thought maybe I could use golf to get him there. lol
DH will be there too, don't know if he will get to stay, because of the green houses and critters, but we don't live far from there.
Howie and I will be there. Hey, Azalea - how about that pickled/beet egg recipe? I'm jones'n for some pickled beet eggs!
pickled beets? pickled eggs? shucks! I make em! if others do, well hello! ya'll are really drawing me in!!
mystic may be I can talk my boys in to coming. One worked here at a golf course and was going to be a pro at the course. He had to travel to another course and shoot a certain score and he failed because of one hole that he did bad on. The other two plays as well as he does. He decided after failing that he wanted to pursue other endeavors and gave that job up. My 10 year grandson plays better than I. When my son worked at the course here I could play free and got quite good at it. Later hurt my elbow and had to have it operated on and I blame my bad golf days on that. Have your husband read the link that copperbaron posted the other day. Here it is again. http://www.golftexas.com/reviews/pedernales1.htm
It was about a course in Texas that Willie Nelson owns. It was very funny to me with a lot of rules that I could learn to live with and have in the past. I say if it is close it counts.
Oh yes - he is a golfer too, going tomorrow in fact!! I will sure have him read this post - keep em coming.
