I click on this about every day...also The Hunger Site...doesn't cost me anything, and will help people all over the world! Won't you make it a daily habit with you too?? Thanks!! Jo
The Breast Cancer site is having trouble getting enough people to click on it daily to meet their quota of donating at least one free mammogram a day to an underprivileged woman. It takes less than a minute to go to their site & click on donating a mammogram for free (pink window in the middle Their corporate sponsors/advertisers use the number of daily visits to donate a mammogram in exchange for advertising.
Here's the website! Pass it along to all your friends!!

The Hunger Site's back?! Awesome! Yes, everyone, this is the real deal. I used to have it set as my homepage so I could click there, then on the Breast Cancer Site and the Rain Forest Site. Weren't there a couple others? I never got pop-ups and didn't have to give them any info at all. You just click and it takes you to a page with some small buttons advertising different companies ~ those companies pay for their advertising and the money goes to the appropriate cause. I don't remember how much of it went directly to the charity back then ~ maybe 80 or 90%?
Yes...they were off line for a while...redoing their web sites...but are back and need us!! I used to find some neat sites through their advertisers! I notice today that Nabisco is among the list...sometimes you can earn extra food by clicking on advertisers too...Jo
RR. Thanks for the reminder, my housemate has been in charge of the Care2 site for awhile and I did not know it had been being re-done. Thanks for the hyperlink reminder, I will run it through my address book again, so much help for one little click.
RR, I bookmarked it and will click on it everyday!!!!!!!!!

All good causes did you also know the post offices also sell "Fund the Cure"stamps to help fund breast cancer research. Ethel Kessler, of Bethesda, Maryland, designed the stamp. These stamps are a little higher than regular stamps but the extra money goes to Breast cancer research. It's a good way to help a good cause with just a little extra money when you buy stamps.I try to get them as much as possible, our post office runs out of them quick.
Yes, I've bought them too...Are they still making them..I thought they were just doing it until a certain date. I'll have to check because I need stamps again...Jo
Jo they are on sale until July 2002 so they still have them .
Good...will get some more then...Thanks! Jo
