Alphabetical order, anyone?

There are so many forums now that I'd like to see them come up in alphabetical order, rather than in order of most recent posting---what does everyone else think? I know you can 'watch' specific forums, but sometimes I want to look up something in a forum I rarely go to, and since the alphabet is one of the things I can pretty much always still remember (LOL!) that would make things easier for me. How does everyone else feel? Is it doable?

Maybe it's possible for Dave to default them to sort by newest, but allow you to click on the "Where" (header) to sort them alphabetically?

Here's something else... Click on "Forums" in the menu, and then scroll down. They are alphabetically ordered on the second part of that page.

Perhaps giving members the alternative to order by alpha, or perhaps a forums page similar to the one in the menu, that doesn't show the "new" but lists them alphabetically, would be nice.

I like seeing the forums with the newest replies first on the list. Then I don't have to scroll all the way to the bottom all the time. But then, I have all the forums marked to watch. I can't stand to miss anything. LOL!
