How do I give a Gift Subscription ?

Hi Dave,

I've been wanting to give a Gift Subscription to my Daughter.Unsure how to go about it.Please advise ??

Everyone here helped me make a huge Christmas Basket of seeds and goodies for her.Ended up with too much.She's ready to say Thankyou and start Trading.

First, your daughter will need to sign up with her own username. Then, once you know what username she has, go to this page:

https://davesgarden.com/subscribe/

Enter in her username in the 'Recipient' field, and from there it's just like when you did your own subscription.

I see ... Thanks Dave.Was really hoping I could suprise her.My subscription was from my "Angel".

Maybe a gift subscription option would be a cool idea ??

It'll still be a surprise, because she won't know who it came from. She will only know that a gift subscription was given to her, and she'll have no idea who it came from, unless you send her a separate E-mail, or unless she looks into this thread. :-)

You can still make it a complete surprise by signing her up yourself. Log out of DG- and create a whole new account for her with her name. You can use your email, and change it back to hers (under preferences) once you have subscribed her.

1. Log off
2. create a new account for her including her name, her new user name and password- all with your email addy.
Once you have recived the confermation email, you can then change your email addy to hers.
3. Log off
4. Log back on under your username
5. Give the gift subscription as Dave outlined above

She will then recieve an email telling her than someone has given her a subscription.
