Nana's prediction

This is part of Nana's message on another thread and I thought it might be swallowed up there and not be noticed so I hope you don't mind Nana but I am sending this up to the top so it can get some notice!! This is her message:-

WE are expecting a Christmas ANGEL any day,,,,,we have
waited 3 years for this next one,,we don't know what it is ,lol but i will take anything,,,lol would anyone like
to say a date,sex and weight.....lol

I (louisa) predicted this:-A little boy, 7lb 4 ozs born 24 December at 3pm!!

Dec 23rd 7:10 pm, 8 lb. 4 oz, 21" long. (why do they say long, isn't it 21" tall???)

well, a girl of course, Nana may know something, but I always know what they are, so I took that part of her prediction as a given :)

A girl, 6 pounds 8 oz - 18 inches and lots of hair :-)

December 22 - 4:55 am - the same date and time as our youngest dd who was due Christmas Day :-)

Ya'll are WISHING a 9 lb baby on this poor woman???? LOL! I had two that were 9+ pounds, and let me tell you, it was a RELIEF to have a 7 lb, 6 oz. baby girl after that (I'm 5'2 on a good hair day, so my body wasn't really designed for those big ole boys, but somehow they made it into this world okay!)

Anyway, I predict a birthdate of 12/27 for this 8 lb. 2 oz. baby girl, who will have dark red hair and bright blue eyes. And I pray for an easy, quick and safe birth for both mom and baby, and a joyous holiday for Nana's family ;0)

People keep gasping at me in public, asking when I am due, asking if it is twins, insisting I will never make it another month etc. Then of course that leads to how huge the baby will be. LOL I always tell them it is going to be a really long and skinny baby with a tiny head! LOL Not like we really have a choice once it is in there.
Okay, I will guess January 5th. Girl-eight and a half pounds, blue eyes.

Delightful little girl (8#...) to pop out Jan 2nd..

My second daughter, who will soon be turning 18, was born on the 4th. She was a long skinny baby too, and she still holds that same build. So, my prediction is:
Jan. 4, 8:13 AM, 8 lbs, 4 oz., 22 inches long

Opps! I already gave my prediction for Nana's grandbaby, this one was meant for Badseeds baby.

Is there any news from Nana on the new baby and perhaps we should think about Badseed also. Any predictions for her little bundle of joy. She swears it's a girl!! I guess 7lb 2 ozs!! On 24th Jan!!

Well Lou, if your weight is right, it would be my smallest yet! LOL My first was 7.8, then 8.1, then 8.3, then 8 even. I expect this one to be around eight as well, even if I am sporting the biggest belly this time and have gained the lowest amount of weight. Guess I will be able to get back into my clothes soon after deflation. LOL

Well I wanted you to have an easy time of it - hence the small prediction :-) But I guess that doesn't make any difference - unless someone knows something that I don't!!

What did you do and why are you burying your head? It might be hard to breathe that way and we wouldn't be able to see your sweet face. :) I sure would not balk at a seven pounder, but my luck I'll have a niner. LOL
Ps. Got the room painted and put up the new closet doors. :)

Badseed,you think you have big babies. My first weighed over 9 pounds. OOOOO the pain of it all. Boy, was I big during that time. Everyone thought I was having twins at the time. If I had gotten any bigger,they would have had to put me on one of those truck scales to weigh me.

You're going to have a girl, 8 1/2 pounds and cute as a button; just like her mama and a mind of her own taking after her daddy.LOL. She'll be 22 inches from head to toe.

It has to be a GIRL since they are always late probably about 7 lbs 11 oz with dark hair 21 inches born 12:02 AM 1/1/02

Kikisdad, you have a fifty-fifty chance. My first and fourth had heads full of dark hair and my second and third were cue balls with golden fuzz. LOL
Carol, you better not let Flow hear your date. That would put me in labor just after spending the day with you all! LOL What would that say about a DG get together-putting someone in labor two weeks early? ha ha ha
CoCo, as usual, you are too kind. I guess my babies are pretty much average in size at birth, but with all the nursing, they quickly jump to the 95% in size and weight. LOL
