Very pretty Helena,
Morning Glories 2025 #05
Glad you have someone with you Jackie.
Helena, those blooms are absolutely beautiful.
Me too Linda. I don' t want to be by myself right now,
Gorgeous blooms Helena. I love higes, so fancy. Can't wait to see the blooms
Beautiful blooms Helena.
Helena I'm just already excited to know you will be having hige blooms.. Been a good while since we've seen one.. I've let my hige seeds get way too old to sprout,.
Pretty blooms
Helena, my outside blooms get smaller from the cooler nights but since your vines are inside, must be that they can sense its getting late into fall or early winter and that also makes them get smaller. Happy you're still getting blooms.
Glad to see you are still getting blooms. They are very pretty.
Thanks Jackie and Linda.
My vines are just about done.
I did soak a bunch of higes and a few purpureas seeds too. I got the. Into their own little cups the other day and they are now popping up out of the soil.
Helena. I know you're glad to have you're higes started. I wish I could start a few but I;m trying to get get rid of clutter and the junk I;ve accumulated for years Not getting much done so far,
Jackie, I didn’t know if I could post without being a paid member , but it looks like I can.
I am so very sorry for your loss. I cannot imagine how it feels.
Your photos are beautiful .

This is one of my only surprises these past couple of years. It comes back every year on its own. I pull out a lot of seedlings .. purpureas love to reseed. I think it is a sport of either flying saucers and Rebecca. I have not collected seeds either bacuse I never anticipated planting more. I do however, enjoy these surprises.
Gourd, thanks so much. I am doing pretty good. I feed stray cats and a few dogs
every day, it takes my mind off of me. The cats know me and wait foir me every day but the dogs run,. I see they come back to get the food after I leave. .
Noit many photo's frim me this year.I had a horrible year trying to grow my mg's
Hope. you're still growing a few. Miss your posts here.
Oh just now seeing your pretty purpurea blooms. I love that they reseed so easily.
I miss the red purps too, think I;ve let my seeds get too old. Haven't had any red purps for years Thanks for sharing your pics.

I’m in the same position, my seeds are at least 20 years old now. If I can even find them. I will be viewing yours…. I’m glad you have some cool cat friends too. I had a whole family of foxes settle into our yard years ago. Four babies and momma, and papa in one of our garage. I loved their photos but those are some where in the cloud…
We see foxes here occasionally. My neighbor has been capturing bobcats on her backyard camera.
Hope I have a better year growing morning glories.next year. Helena has had some
beauties this year.
Nice to see you here Gourd. Love all your beautiful purpureas.
I feed my 2 cats outside and have at least one or two strays come eat two. On my granddaughter street there is a family of foxes that a lady feeds. I love seeing them run across the street into the woods when it's either real early in the morning or late at night.
I cleaned my shelf from all the vines I was growing today. My higes and purps are doing good.
Thank you Helena, it nice to see you here as well. You have some beauties there.
I loved our baby foxes. I had a really sketchy neighbor that shot one of the foxes here. I cannot believe how cold hearted some people can be. Yes, we are all farmers here, but she grew nothing on her land. She just did that for nothing. We have or had a small boxcar that would sleep out back too. Then we get this roadrunner that plays with out dogs for three hours at a time. I’m sure it has to be the same one.
I love nature and all animals. I hate to say this, but I like animals more than humans at times.

Glad you got some clean-up done Helena and that your vines are looking good
I have got to get some serious cleaning done.
Thanks Gourd. I love nature too. That would be very entertaining to watch a roadrunner play with dogs. I got to see young deer crossing the roads here. They hide in the woods what is left of them.
Jackie, I have a lot of cleaning up to do too. But I take time for myself to do what I enjoy most, growing plants to see the flowers.
Just popping in to say Merry Christmas to you all.
It's getting busy here, last minute shopping and cleaning house.
Merry Christmas everyone!
A love of all animals is what keeps me going out 2 times a day to feed stray and abandoned animals. I don't take off for Thanksgiving or Christmas or when I;m sick,
I will have to get someone else to do it for me if they go in and do a clip procedure on my heart soon. i have to pass the tests saying I'm a good candidate for the procedure which is to close my leaking tri-cuspid valve in my heart letting blood
flow backwards
I keep missinfg posts, don;t know whats up with that..
Wow Jackie, you do have a good heart to do that everyday.
I hope you do pass the test for the procedure. I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers.
Oh my.
My doctor told me years ago I have that same problem. He called it mitral valve prolapse. Just 2 weeks ago, that may be what's causing my irregular heart beat. If I have to have surgery, the valve will be replaced with pig skin.
I will keep you in my prayers.
Thanks girls, Linda years ago they thought mine was mitraL valve but my new Dr's say no. I hope you don't have to have the surgery and glad mine will be a procedure
not surgery..They will go in with a camera and see how bad my leak is.Thanks for the prayers, we can never have too many.
Hope all will turn good with the procedure Jackie.
Thanks Helena I'm still a little worried Dr says my heart is strong for an old lady.Going to call them tomorrow and see how risky the test is. Have to get thru that first b4 we can do the procedure.
Talked to the Dr's assistant and she told me this is the same as having a stent put in as far as the risk level so not quite as worried about the test. I will have an endoscopy
with the camera so they can take an even closer look at my valve. Hope they can go in for the heart cath part of my test thru my wrist, won;t have toi lay still so long afterwards.,.
Keeping you in my prayers Jackie.
Happy New year everyone.
I will keep you in my prayers too Jackie.
Happy New Year everyone!
Thanks for the prayers girls,. much appreciated.
I've had lovely ochracea blooms open but didn;t have my camera with me. Not to mention the problem trying to send the pics.
