Pretty blooms Jackiejust one bloom for today, think it has some Jaime Lynn in it (not sure of Spelling) can you see the specks on this bloom?

I was just going to try and see if I would have the same problem. glad you finally got thru. It has done me that way before and I'm sure it was a problem across the entire site. Late at night it usually happens to me maybe when they are updating ? I never bother to log out anymore, I just stay logged in.

I have problems with this new phone. I liked my first Samsung?rsp. A lot better.
We had slight frost last night. I still have the yellow butterflies thought h.

Our first frost was 2 days ago. 28 degrees.

Hope you can get your problems with the new phone worked out Helena.
I had very few butterfly's this year. Don't know what's up with that..
38 here this morning but it was colder than that overnight.

It's been chilly here the last couple of days. I still have a few tropical plants outside, I've been delaying to bring to my gh. I had one small pitiful bloom inde gh yesterday

It's a beautiful bloom Helena.
Do you have a heater in your green house? What temperature do you set it too.

Helena, that's the bloom with the gorgeous color that I just loved.
Linda, I missed your post where it got down to 28 degrees there. We haven't been that cold yet but it's almost here, Temps falling this afternoon. maybe close to freezing tonight and highs later this week just in the 40's so winter is finally here. It held off fora long time
That newest blue bloom bloomed for me but I didn't bother to take a pic, can't send it anyway. When I plug in my cord to upload my new pics, it doesn't recognize it

I hope you can figure out your camera soon.

My seedlings are doing good. In my gh I have 3 heating lamps to keep the temps from freezing Linda.

Glad to see your seedlings are doing well.

Me too Linda. I had one bloom this morning, at least it wasn't small.
Also found that several tiny caterpillars had munched on my mg, salvia and nicotinas leaves. I don't know where they came from but I found several of them.

My area out here on a state highway has been without internet since Monday afternoon, how aggravating. Something our local phone company has caused.
Your seedlings looking good Helena. We can see that was a large bloom with pretty lavender on the border.

I love that color Helena.

These blooms from yesterday. Probably none today, got down to the thirties this morning g.

Gorgeous blooms from yesterday Helena. Love the shibori and the Christmas cacrus, no clue what the middle bloom is but it's lovely as well.

Thanks Jackie. I know that middle bloom would have opened a lot better if it was warmer . I liked the color though, between maroom and burgundy.
I got 10 of my seedlings into bigger stirofoam cups. All the roots were getting crowded, must be happy inside getting afternoon sunlight.

Glad you're getting some repotting done Helena.
Your seedlings do look happy and healthy Wish I had a few going but I've got too much on my plate right now, maybe after the 1st of the year.

Thanks Jackie. I'm trying to figure out how to make a space for them in from of the window where they can get the most sun. I still have 17 more seedlings to repot and I don't have anymore big Styrofoam cups.

I have to work now to find my mg forum. It used to come up automatically when I clicked on Daves Garden. Now I can't even find my home page.
The cold has set in here too Linda. In the morning, it could be 21 or 22 here.

Looks like DG did another update. And it's not user friendly. It's very hard to find my threads.

Yes agreed Linda. So time consuming now, time I don't have. They need to bring back our home page. On there, it told me if there had been any new posts. Our watched forums were there. This is a nightmare now.

I'm having the same issue with getting to the mg forum. Not like it use to, had to search a bit.
A pitiful pink mist bloom, not sure if it was yesterday's or today's. Still too cold in there. I brought in the hibiscus in gh. Salvia and this other bloom are blooming outside.

Helena, your blooms are beautiful.

Lovely blooms Helena. The last bloom looks like a beautiful Thunbergia, haven;t seen one in a long time.
One of my caps fell out yesterday and now I can't get in for an emergency visit. wonder why dentists show an emergency phone # but won't; helo you on the weekend, This was an old cap and the sharp metal posts are cutting into my gums every time I eat or smile. I;m chewing gum and sticking the chewed gum over the sharp metal thats cutting my mouth all to pieces. It is helping . smh

Hope you got through to the dentist Jackie. I know too, couple years back had the whole weekend in pain from a tooth.
We had much needed rain here. It warmed up some too before another cold blast comes our way.

Sorry to hear about your tooth. I hope you get someone to answer the phone.

Has anyone filed a report about DG, changing things around. I sent a dmail to melody last week. I haven't heard back from her.

Thanks girls, I wonder how dg could mess this up so bad and not even be aware of what our home page looked like before they messed it up. Tonight I had a horrible time trying to find my way to the mg forum or any forum,. smh
I got in to the dentist yesterday and they chopped off the metal posts that felt like needles in my mouth. My mouth still swollen and very sore. guess I will try to pour peroxide around the sore area.

I agree, DG is a mess.
Sorry to hear that your mouth is sore. Praying heals quickly.
