They used to be red ages ago (like last October). When I redesigned the site in late December, I accidentally removed the Red highlighting on new forums on the main page (but they stayed there on the thread list in the forum page).

It's been on my TODO to fix the front page since then, and it finally got done the other day. :) I guess I forgot to make a note of it on the whatsnew page...

I like the red. It catches my attention easier.
