Garden Talk Forum

I'm going to setup a new forum for the discussion of general gardening information. This will include any kind of discussion that has to do with the actual growing of plants (from seed propogation all the way to seed saving and everything in-between).

What is a good name for this kind of forum? Is it even wanted by at least 1 other person?

Dave's House OF Plant Propagation ; it would be good place for members to share plant web links and general gardening advice . Of course opinions could / would differ on the best techniques , but hands on experience is usually the best teacher . Sounds good Dave so ROCK WITH IT !!:)

sound good..i am new to this but have found it to be an excellent site. i have lots of gardening experience but the more i know the less i know.

I don't know if this would be appropiate for the new forum or an idea for another forum, but here goes. I have a lot of plants that I can't identify. I have looked at so many photos, both on the internet and in books, but cannot find them. What about a place where you can send your photos of mystery plants for identification? Of course mine would have to wait until next year because I didn't take pictures. But I would love it if I could send a photo and brief description and have others tell me what they know.

I like Garden Talk, too. It was my initial thought.

They are all good suggestions, but I'm doing Garden Talk. It'll be open to any gardening information topic, with an eye toward whatever is "in season" at the moment (right now it'll be about planning gardens and propogating by seed).

We'll have a picture forum sometime. It's not yet at the top of my TODO, but I really want to do it.

It'll be a regular forum, except you'll also be able to add pictures to your post.
