Rained here, I get a surprise here and there when I find a purpurea seedling coming up. Still too much work to clean up here.

My sister may be a little stronger but she told me she is exhausted from the exercises they make her do. She has no choice though and she knows it.
The only mg bloomng for me is the ochracea. I haven't caight any bloom lately with my camera. It's eat up with bugs so I have to spray b4 I lose my plant.

My car rook out on me with 1st one problem and then another. I bought a Chevy Trax and now I've read some bad reviews. But for now, its so nice with a back up camera, all kinds of electronic gizmo's which I didn't need, oh well.

Congratulations on the new car. It's very hard to find a new car that doesn't have all those gadgets. You pay for them, whether you want them or not. I love my back up camera.

I have a plant blooming for the 1st time, a Cassia candlestick bush. I saw something yellow at the top and since my eyes are so bad, I thought it was yellow lvs, so yesterday I looked closer and it was lovely yellow blooms. I'll get a pic in a few

I started a few mgs seeds, they have the first 2 leaves, doing good in the gh. Let's see how they do.

I have the yellow Carolina jasmine blooming now.im going to have to pull them up after they get done cuz they are aggressive and top heavy to take over my bottle brushes.

Lovely Carolina Jasmines Helena.. Could you just relocate a couple of your Jasmines where they couldn't do as much damage?
I saw some yellow Daffodils blooming down the road at an old vacant property.

Thanks ladies. Those jasmine vines grow wild here. There's some across the street from my backyard. It doesn't matter even when I pull them up I manage to miss a few and have them again the next year.
I had purpurea seed packets so I decided to sow them outside in pots. After last couple of days. of rain I have a few seedlings coming up.
But here's a pic of the ones I started inside under lights. Not all took but still plenty for now.

Your seedlings look good Helena. You're going to be busy potting them all up.
Love it that we'll get to enjoy the blooms with you. I can't even think about starting any, too much going on here.

I got more seeds potted up today. Love this spring weather. I did a bit of raking and cleaning up in tee shirt except for the gnats biting my arms, moving pots from under my dying oak tree.
I hope I'll get some nice blooms this year but a lot of old favorite vines from years ago.

Thanks ladies. I'm doing a bit each day when the weather is nice. Today I place 4 of my seedlings in bigger pots, Two to a pot, trying something different this year, same colors hopefully.

Glad you're getting some mg work done Helena. I'm having a difficult time, all 3 of my siblings have been in the hospital recently, now thankfully they're all out.

I hope by sometime next month, I can at least start a few mg's.

Thanks ladies. Well after seeing 2 of my seedlings tops bitten off, probably a wren in my gh, I decided to place some outside by the house so they can still get some protection. I have 3 pots in my front patio. I lost a few seedlings, I think bc of the seed starter mix having fertilizer in it from Lowes.

I've been working on my yard a bit but feel like I'm never going to get it done. I do have lots of new seedlings going along with old favorites. The older ones are starting to climb. Most are outside and still need to be reported.

Glad you're getting a few things done Helena. I've got a ton of deadwood in my yard and no help to pick it up. Hubby too weak to be much help.

Well let me back up and say this is the 2nd day that the computer has sent me a msg saying it encountered some errors and was going to do an error report. Gee whiz, its brand new, doesn't sound good!!! I might need to return it,

Make sure it's fully updated. Most new computers have been sitting for months. Last time we bought a new computer, we had to update it.

I called our local computer guru and he said that doesn't sound good that it has encountered errors and it brand new. It did a lot of updates as soon as we had it up and running so I don't know Linda. Hubby said we will return it tomorrow but I've got to find one asap
