Have a wonderful day~ RedRose
Hello everyone!
REDROSE, I have planted seeds that were 8 years old that were good, although the germination may not be the greatest. Try them, you may be surprised! Rule of thumb: smaller seeds won't keep as well as larger, such as beans, corn, etc.
I agree with Red. I have had seeds for many years that grew.

Wet a paper towel and wring it out. Place 2-3 seeds in the towel and fold it in half. Place in a baggie and seal and place on top of the refridgrator. Make sure the towel stays damp not wet. If the seeds are viable they should sprout in 7-10 days.
By the way you can go ahead and plant the seeds that sprout use a small peat pot.
