The season has official started for us! Teig has had 7 matches so far and is 7-0 with 4pins! We are heading to Bedford Michigan for a indiviual tourny on Sat. This will be a very hard competition!!!!! He's had his picture in the paper twice this season!=] *Proud*
We are leaving this afternoon-I have tons to do yet! We had a meet last night so I have all of Teigs wrestling clothes to wash and pack, along with mine,dh and the 2 little guys! =] I have to go to town and get food and gas too. Please keep us in your prayers this weekend-I will be back to catch up on Sunday sometime! Miss ya'll already!

My 8 year old son was in wrestling in first, and second grade. This year they didnt have a team. Wrestling is new in our area. A couple of local high schools are just now getting a team together for competition.

Yes we are back-was catching up on all the post!
He WON first place in his weight class-unbeaten on the day! UNbeaten on the season 11-0!!!! Im so proud of him! I still have my voice too-I did good!
The team took 5th over all. We had one other boy win first,three 3rds and some 5,6 and 7th placers! I sure get excited when Teig wins!!! Hope no one gets a picture of that! Very Proud and happy here-even with the snowflakes that met us when we came home! melting now, but it was so pretty last night with those fluffy 1in flakes floating down and dusting everything-it is almost chrsitmas!
