Thank You, Everyone!

Murfreesboro, TN(Zone 7a)

I have been working "weird shifts" for many years. As a result, now that I work "closer to normal" hours, I still don't know the first name of anyone in my neighborhood that does't live under the same roof as I ;-) Some time ago, I was feeling isolated and blue. Last year I only got holiday cards from family and 3 good friends that I've had for decades. And my only post card came from my sweet DS. And now I've had post cards and holiday cards coming in left and right and friends that I can talk to (long distance/time zone shifted ;-) at any time of day or night! And, it was so good NOT to be alone on that day in Sept. Can't tell you how much it meant to me to be able to hang out on chat that day with you, even though I don't chat normally. Anyway, I'm so thrilled to be able to connect with such good people. Thank you, everyone. You have been such good friends. (No, I'm not leaving or anything, just feeling all sentimental and gushy as I read holiday cards with "from Dave's Garden" on them ;-)

Happy Wednesday!

Karla
