Helena, that purple is stunning.

Chores made me miss my first moonvine bloom, but I have at least 4 more coming on that vine. It is so hot and muggy here! How is Del Rio?

Magnolia, TX(Zone 9a)

Yup, 102 yest n today, 50% humidity and 2 to 4mph calm isn't a breeze. 3 tonite, but I just applied liquad fence, fingers crossed, so not taking any deep breaths. Kinda on point the moonvine bloom for our full moon. Still waiting on the mg's to bloom.

Hello from Canada, everyone!
Before two weeks ago I had never thought there were red or pink mgs.
I only thought of light & dark blue ones.
I was at a garden center, and there was a Scarlet one - had to have it! Have planted the seeds outside. My blue one is about 6" tall, so won't take long for them to get big enough to bloom.
I moved here in Aug 2016, so this is my first "true" year where perennials are coming up for blooming.
My mock orange is going to bloom soon. I brought it from the last place we lived, so it's mature, but took awhile before it is naturalized in enough to bloom. I see lots of buds on it and am waiting.
My mgs are in a pot with a trellis attached. Hoping them bloom this year!

Helena, gorgeous blooms today. A great assortment of pretty blooms.

Tallulah, looking forward to your blooms. Please share pics when they open.
Hope your warm days last long enough for you to get blooms. If not, take'your mg pots inside for them to bloom indoors.
If your short summers are a problem, next yr you might consider starting them inside in March to get a head start.

Thanks ladies.
Tallulah, welcome to the forum. Hope to see your bloom pics too. My mgs loved the warmth from the sun when I grew them inside this past winter.
Here's my blooms from this morning.
