Pretty blooms juhur, your description makes it sound even prettier.
Some of my blooms were small but looked better. I also found neat mushrooms growing in one of the pots.

Hi Ladies,

today I came across a real surprise for me - one of the (for me) rare summer blooms of my Ochracea - not on the trellis, but on a branch that escaped me and tried to reach the fence. Pic 2 is my Hederifolia volunteer which finally started to flower a little. Pic 3 is a flying saucer that nearly went totally white - which i usually try to avoid, it reminds me too much of the Calystegias (pic4)which are common around here - common and feared, because they're nearly impossible to get rid off. Luckily that saucer was big enough that no one mistook it.
Pic 5 is my maypop - i can remember someone of you wanted to have a darker color than their own - would this be dark enough? You may just have to wait for the weather to change, my vine puts out some seriously different variants from time to time, I'm just not sure what weather causes what flower color. This year, it started to have runners breaking out of the ground about half a meter around the main plant, so i think it has now settled - and it did survive my very cold January (several nights in a row down to -15C). It's practically unheard off around here, but I think I'm not surrounded by people with an eye for special plants: If i'm lucky I get a neighbor's comment about my (department store) dahlias, with people being blind for Passiflora incarnata, Bomarea edulis, the I. Ochracea oder a selfmade cross between Digitalis lanata and grandiflora right beside them. There's nowt so queer as folk...

Jackie, Awesome blooms. Amazing to see two different colors on Edo, love the dark blue color. On your # 2 Saz not too. Just love the large size of blooms #3 Saz.
Your purple star is doing something neat too! Love it.

Thanks Linda and Jackie. Rained again a bit today so my plants got a bit of water.

Love your blooms, very pretty, deep color on those blues.

Jacksonville, AR(Zone 7b)

Thanks Helena, That 1st one is the vine I tried to grow last yr since it was so lovely in 2015 but it didn;t do well for me last yr. Happy to finally get some blooms from it.
Hoping to collect seeds

Wow! I'm home. I am impressed with all ofeveryones blooms and flowers and that little humming bird, and the mushrooms. I am glad to see everyone. Joanna signed another lease and between me and her we got her all sorted out, since she is the main lessor now. Anyway, we had fun setting up the mg tubs and the jute rope trellis up on her balcony, watched the eclipse and got caught up. Joe took a few pics, but I have to download them. I left my camera up at Joanna's three hours away! Oh No!! And my Kindle too, it was a real frog strangler the night after that Eclipse, but lucky for her, she lives on a hill. There were a few areas that flooded up there, tho. She will take of her glories once they start blooming, Won't be long..Meanwhile,I'll keep looking at all of yours.. ":D

Jacksonville, AR(Zone 7b)

Debra, glad you and Joanna had a good time
Sorry you forgot your camera. Can you use Joes for a while?
