Thanks Linda and Debra.

Gautier, MS

Thanks Jackie and Linda. Hard to remember all the names. The 2 toned pink Jackie is Pink Frost. Found pictures for #4 from Azuremore, light blue with white center.
Copied pics so don't know if this site will let me post them.

Beautiful photos Helena. Amazing how the morning glories come in so many colors and designs.

Jacksonville, AR(Zone 7b)

Wonderful bloom assortment Helena. I can't tell if that # 4 is the same bloom I was drooling over.I'll try to find a pic.
Love the pinks and that beautiful Carnival of Venice, a shibori?, with the color block, its a beauty.

(Debra) Derby, KS(Zone 6a)

Oh my goodness, look at those colors and stripes and water color edges. I love that turquoise with the dark blue in set number 1. Helena you are having a good year!
So glad I get to see them. Our heat is starting tomorrow. Ugh. Here is the bloom from the seed I brought back from Buffalo.. I have it o the oatio Arch too, but this one is on the front in the teepee cage.

Helena, those are beautiful. Love the variations of the last one.

Jacksonville, AR(Zone 7b)

Awesome blooms this morning Helena. What is the 1st one?
Your 2 tone blue is gorgeous this morning and love the deep lavender on
# 3. Agree with Linda, love the 2 different blooms Pink Frost is throwing,.

Jacksonville, AR(Zone 7b)

Helena, this is the one I was calling Ocean Mist. It was pictured in thread # 5

http://davesgarden.com/community/forums//fp.php?pid=10291828&extraimg=0

Gautier, MS

Thanks Jackie and Linda. That first bloom is a cross from a bloom that was supposed to be baby blue reverse tube. I'll have to find the seeds and grow a few more to see if I get the reverse tube.
The Ocean Mist is a new bloom I bought on ebay, very neat bloom. I should get a few seeds to share with you. I've been collecting a few seeds from some of the vines. Hoping my other vines start making buds soon.

Jacksonville, AR(Zone 7b)

Thanks for saving me a few seeds of Ocean Mist Helena. Its a
beautiful mg. The cross, baby blue reverse, is lovely too.. Love her subtle colors.

Gautier, MS

You're welcome Jackie. More rain here this morning only two ok blooms. Sun is trying to come out though.

Nice blooms Helena, will be a while b4 any more of mine open.
We're still getting rain here too. Just don;t feel like carrying all of my plants back down to the g house. I wont be surprised if I lose some of them.
Pandy hasn't opened any more blooms and she is covered in the blister bacteria .
I';m going to see if dh will cut the tops off for me or just try to mow it down. I see'the blisters are now all over some of the weeds in the back yard.so this problem just keeps getting worse every year. He said he would use some Ortho Home Defense on the weeds but knows not to use it on my pandy.

(Debra) Derby, KS(Zone 6a)

oh my goodness, you are killing me with eye candy! :D Helena that turquoise is so pretty. definitely my favorite. beautiful! Girls and boys, I will be mia until Sunday. Will be at a "noodling Contest in Oklahoma.
here are some mg not blooms... and Jackie, I see some of that stuff on pandy in a different area and I am going to have joe snip it down to the ground.

Pretty blooms Debra.
Yes do have Joe snip down the plants the bacteria is attacking. If we would keep
the weeds trimmed down here (what looks like the host weeds) maybe the bacteria wouldn;t be such a problem.. I first saw it on weeds in my sons yard, the next thing
I know, its all over pandy. I think dh mowed it down in my sons
yard, after the damage was done, smh

Gautier, MS

Thanks ladies.
Pretty blooms Debra. Enjoy your outing.
Vines tend to make surprises sometimes, like hide a bud and open when you weren't expecting it to. That's what this pink one did. #3 is my large rayed pink and #4 is a choco with lime leaves.

Love all the pretty blooms today Helena..
I have, finally, a BMN and 1 of Debra's backyard patio vines showing
good size buds. I still have way too many small vines looking thin and spindly,
A few are higes so may try to plant them in my outside tubs b4 I lose them.

Beautiful blooms everyone.

Gautier, MS

Thanks Jackie and Linda.
I'm glad you got nice buds on some of your vines Jackie. It'll be nice to see those blooms from BMN and from Debra's vine.
You should plant those other vines in your tubs Jackie. I lost a few keeping them inside gh too long b/c I didn't go in there to check on them and water them. I took all the rest outside, they'll get watered by the rain. It rained today here and we might get more rain again. I see buds on a few of the new vines so it'll be different blooms, I hope.

Jacksonville, AR(Zone 7b)

I couldn't get it done today Helena, maybe tomorrow. The heat just zaps my
energy.

Gautier, MS

I know how you feel Jackie, it's just too hot and humid here too. I wanted to work outside yesterday but the rain stopped me.
It's a beautiful sunny day here but it's going to get hot. I had some nice blooms today.

Thanks Jackie, the first bloom I think it's called Furisode, but I think it crossed. It's a little different from the ebay pic. I'm referring to the neat 2nd as dot & smudges. The last bloom is Blue LYK. I have one with a pink tag of it too, waiting for it to bloom.
Love your pretty tie dye and Fuji no Beni. Nice begonia plants.
Here's a no ID pink fuchsia that I have lots of seeds of.

Thanks for posting your beautiful flower blooms today!

Gautier, MS

Glad you enjoyed those blooms Linda.
Hope you got some of your mgs transplanted Jackie. I sowed a few purpureas and higes I had soaked right into the big pots that had other vines done and dead.
Jackie, thank you for sharing Edo Twilight with me. I had a hidden bud open this morning and it's beautiful. Even better darker velvet color in person, my camera didn't capture the exact color. 2nd bloom is from Dany's mgs seeds, purple-blue blzd. Last pic is of Angels Halo.

I'm back and those are gorgeous Helena.

(Debra) Derby, KS(Zone 6a)

Jackie, you are doing well in this heat, I could barely stand it in Oklahoma in 104 heat! Back in the day, I stayed out in the heat all day! I have ONE begonia left, a Don Miller, but yours are awesome and makes me want to send Don to you. I am in the rest of this day since I already emptied 2- 50 gallon rain barrels by water by hand. I am exhausted. Pandys all blooming and now Jaimie lynn is first to ope in the patio Arch. Joe is making a wonderful salad for me so I am off to the recliner for a while.. enjoy the day!

Jacksonville, AR(Zone 7b)

Helena, your Edo Twilight is a beauty, I knew you would like it.
Angels Halo is pretty.
What are your 2nd and 3rd blooms on the 2nd row?
I got 6 transplanted out of foam cups into their final pots and'
planted about 10 to 15 purps in my outside pots. They'll be'racing against
the clock, not for blooms but for seeds to set
great color on this one Blue Lavender Beauty ??
wonder if this is Hattie Bell
better days with pandy b4 the blister bacteria got so bad
Big bloom cluster from ,my unknown Begonia
My unknown white blooming Beg from Butch

Thanks Debra and Jackie.

2nd and #3rd bloom are Pink Porcelain blzd and a chocolate.

Love your baby blue color mg and the pretty lavender. Your pandy looked great as does your begonias. It's a shame that we also seem to have problems with trying to grow plants.

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

Beautiful blooms everyone. Love all the colors.

Jacksonville, AR(Zone 7b)

Thanks Helena and Linda.
Helena, A shame about the bacteria. It has taken all my enjoyment out of growing the beautiful pandurata. Maybe I can come up with a better solution next spring.. ,. .

Gautier, MS

Thanks Linda.
I hope you can Jackie.
A new bloom this morning from 2012 mg seed from Dany.
Purple speck
#3 would be a neat bloom but still getting defected blooms, a cross of purplesplit petal-not
Special last seed of 2 tone blue-Azuremores
Lavender Silk

Those are beautiful morning glories Helena.

Jacksonville, AR(Zone 7b)

I missed Debras post about Joe making her a nice salad. Taking it easy
on the patio sounds good to me. :-)
Beautiful bloom from Dany's 2012 seeds.Helena and I like the rest of them too
I need 2 or 3 more large tubs for planting mg's in. Makes it a lot easier on me
Another Edo Twilight opened for me.Now I see the resemblance to Blue.Star of India.
Edo a cross off of BSOI perhaps?
