Happy Thanksgiving One and All!

I just popped in to say "Bless You".
I am now a Webmistress. I am taking over the "Gunfighters for Hire " Website. I will be adding links to it. Setting up individual homepages for each GFH member w/ bios and pictures. And adding all kinds of pages. It is a low cost benefit with unlimited pages. Through The Old West Living History Foundation, who insure us. These last few weeks have been chaotic. As some founding members decided they werent "Re-inactors" and wanted to eliminated our Guns in the skits.
Dumbfounded, as I can not understand what part of "Gunfighters" Did they not understand Guns were involved?!
The REAL issue is SAFTEY and , our main concern was the intolerance of alcohol, or prescription medications while using these Guns with blank ammunition.
The Majority Spoke, we won the vote. My husband is the President. The sore losers are , now are dropping out. ( 70 and 80 year old children)
Our last weeks perfomance they sat in the audience and heckled us? Stole props. We did fine and just ignored them.
We figure they will give up and go away eventually.
I am grateful this Thanksgiving for the new freinds I have found. And my old ones as well.
It seems the polictically correct view was not what the Majority wanted in this case.

The show will go on!
So I am enormously busy, but grateful to have this opportunity.

Now I see why we haven't seen you for awhile. Welcome Back!

Thankyou, We had Thanksgiving for 3 days. My Mum in Law had it on Thursday. Friday I was marinading my Turkey in Kosher Salt water and sugar etc.. ( really makes it moist)
Saturday we had Thanksgiving at my house. I just MUST have my Thanksgiving leftovers! We called a freind in our Gunfighters for Hire group , found out he didnt get Thanksgiving dinner this year.(NO WAY!) He is in his 9th year of dialisis, he isnt well. We were having it again anyway, we had Thanksgiving with him all over again. Made Pumpkin Upside down cake. EASY recipe. HAD a very nice Holiday.
Ill post recipes in the Recipe forum here later. It finally froze here last night. So it looks like I will be here on my trusty computer.Working on the website. Ill try , to take little breaks,to hang here a little more.

Well, shoot Chele. No, really....Shoot. ;o) Glad you guys won against such a ridiculous proposition. What were ya going to use, rubber bands? Water guns? LOL!
