May i from over the big pond, wish you all a good thanksgiving and hope that time helps to heal what has happened this year. Sheila in NW England. PS All that meat eating is no good for me as i am a vegetarian, LOL

thank you Sheila, and I may be a vegetarian tomorrow myself, I've had great troubles eating meat lately. Sure hope to be able to enjoy the turkey and ham though. I'm loading up on good veggie dishes just in case:)

Happy Thanksgiving, from another who has problems with meat. Eat more fish! I have learned that fruits and veggies fight the dreaded free radicals known to predispose us to cancer. Fortunately, I like most fruits and veggies.
